Stabilized and active sand dunes along S side of the shallow, intermittent river. Grassy, with scattered shrubs, grading into scrub forest.

Small tree with thickly furrowed, soft-corky bark. Calyx and corolla light green; stamens white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
