W-facing slopes of stream ravine with limestone outcrops and mixed hardwood (Acer saccharum, Carpinus, Carya, Fagus, Fraxinus, Liriodedron, Prunus, Ostrya, Quercus prinus, Q. velutina, Tiliz)- conifer (Juniperus, Pinus taeda) forest. corticolous on Carya ovata.
