USGS Quadrangle; T7N R17W. Elev. ca 5525-5605 feet.
Local vegetation a mosaic of oak woodland, oak-
dominated chaparral, and open grasslands rich in annual
and perennial herbaceous taxa.
Herbaceous perennial scattered locally in oak
woodland; petals greenish-cream; these from a boulder
outcrop just S of the knoll summit in dappled shade.
