Normal size fronds. Found growing on damp
red soil around small rooks, in a dry open
area above the road and on the east side of
Woodleaf Creek, about 3/8 mile south-west
of the Forbestown Res,, about U miles north-
east of Forbestown, California. The plant
is found in one small area which contains
about ten colonies of the fern.
