Habitat
Open grassy slopes with marshy ground, low shrubs and low evergreen woodland in valleys by small stream and in shelter of sandstone rocks.

Description
Shrub to 50 cm. with viscid leaves, dark green above, pale beneath. Bracts green. Corollas orange, tinged red. Fruit glossy black. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
