Shaded base of N-facing granitic rock outcrop in chaparral
community. Rhizome short-creeping, with lanceolate, dark brown
scales; leaves glabrous except for a few scales at petiole base;
dark color of stalks ending abruptly at base of ultimate segments
(but joint not cup-like); sporangia 64-spored. Elev. 1025 ft.
