Munz Flowers yellow; foliage aromatic. Ventura County: San Nicolas Island: SE end of island, between Dutch Harbor and Daytona Beach, in upper E fork of Desert Fan Canyon. Locally common; N-facing sandstone slope. Elevation: 370 feet. Associated species: Isocoma menziesii, Eriogonum grande timorum, Achillea millefolium, Amblyopappus pusillus, Abronia umbellata, Dichelostemma capitatum, Lotus argophyllus ornithopus, Erodium cicutarium, Sonchus oleraceus, Daucus pusillus, Bromus rubens, Achnatherum diegoense.
