Agua Tibia Mountain along the Dripping Springs Trail just south
of the Riverside County line in an area of relatively gentle
topography. T9S R1W NW1/4 NW1/4 sec. 3. Near 33H25’35"N
116h5848"W. Elev. ca. 3700 feet.
Chaparral of Adenostomafasciculatum, Ceanothus crassifolius, C.
leucodermis, Arctostaphylos glandulosa, Quercus berberidifolia, and
Eriodictyon crassifolium recovering from the 1989 fire.
Perennial herb, flowers cream-white. Locally common in open
chaparral on gabbro cobble.
