Rocky slopes and pinnacles form the summit, where a small remnant stand of Abies amabilis and Tsuga heterophylla occurs (all the surrounding forests are logged-off). Steep open slopes at the summit have an herbaceous flora with relic xeric elements. In grassy sod on the summit slope; not common. Flowers white. July 21. 1971 A K. L. Chambers (3232)
