Silt loam, 316° aspect, 55# slope, and 8160
feet. Collected from a seep along the scant
trail to Hope Lake. Collected within a
Abies lasiocarpa forest. 200 individuals
clustered in a 2m area. Common elsewhere
in similar habitats, i mile north of the
Continental Divide and 4 miles south of the
East Pork of the Bitterroot River.
