WASHINGTON, U. S. A. Lithophragma glabra Nutt. 8*6 miles up Swakane Creek Canyon road from Highway 97 near Eocky Reach Dam. CHELAN CO. Common on open exposed meadowland and along road bank cut in Pinus ponderosa. Populus tremuloides. Pseudotsuga taxifolia association. Associated with Collinsia. Arnica cordifolia. Labhvrus. Balsamorhiza and Lithophragma parviflora. Little flowering material, those flowering occurred only in the shade of bushes and were very spindly in habit. Those plants in open exposed areas were shorter and com- pletely bulbiferous. The flowering material shows the typical corymbose-like inflorescence associated with L. glabra. Petals white or pink.
