Side of a dirt road on a flat mesa in open sun and silty loam
soil, with Juniperus osteosperma, Juniperus monosperma,
Prosopis velutina, Acacia greggii, Mimosa biuncifera,
Rhus aromatica, Aloysia wrightii, Morus microphylla,
Nolina microcarpa, Yucca baccata, Opuntia phaeacantha,
Ziziphus obtusifolia, Lycium pallidum, Opuntia
engelmannii, Cylindropuntia leptocaulis, Cylindropuntia
whipplei, Quercus turbinella, Amaranthus blitoides,
