Angelica atropurpúrea L.

A spring fed ditch occurs on the east edge of Decorah and across the road
from the Upper Iowa River. This site is on the Paleozoic Plateau. Angelica
atropurpúrea is found on the banks of the ditch. It is associated with
Heracleum lanatum. Pastinaca sativa. Phalaris arundinacea, Polvgonatum
biflorum and Rumex crispus. Angelica atropurpúrea is also growing on the
riverside of the road. »
