Habitat
In poor fen. With scattered Picea mariana (first sighting east of West Coast), a dense shrub layer of Ledum groenlandicum-Andromeda polifolia with some Potentilla palustris-Carex sitchensis and scattered Habenaria dilatata; Rubus chamaemorus abundant. Sphagnum magellanicum and S. angustifolium dominated the ground layer.
