Canada. Alberta. Approximately 37 mi. NE of Ft. McMurray, 4 mi. N of Muskeg Mountain, N of the Clearwater River.

Habitat
Very weakly minerotrophic string fen: flarks. With Carex oligosperma-Eriophorum angustifolium/Sphagnum jensenii; strings with Chamaedaphne calyculata-Kalmia polifolia-Andromeda polifolia/Sphagnum angustifolium-S. fuscum. Adjacent moderately minerotrophic, irregularly patterned fen: hummocks with Larix larcina/Betula glandulifera-Chamaedaphne/Tomenthypnum nitens-Aulacomnium palustre; hollows with Carex chordorrhiza-Menyanthes trifoliata.
