03354692 UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO HERBARIUM (ID) FLORA OF MONTANA Phlox pulvinata (Wherry) Cronq. CARBON CO: Beartooth Plateau, between Quad Creek and Wyoming Creek, Custer National Forest. Elev. 2960m, 45°02'N, 109°24’W. 10° northwest-facing slope. Plants among krummholz and flagged trees of Pinus albicaulis, Picea engelmannii, and Abies lasiocarpa. Cushions up to 10(15)cm in dia. Corolla white to light-bluish. Collected by: John Sowell 157 16 July 1982
