flense. Berk yellowish-fawn, smooth, few
minute lenticela. Inner bark pinkish,
white milky sap. ^apwood pale oreera,
pink towards heart# Twigs rough to touch,
greyish-fawn. Young shoots with rusty in-
dumentum. Lvs spirally arranged, to ir”
long, deep glossy green above, paler
below, iflets alt. or opp, terminal Iflet
present. Young lvs. opening brown, with
scurfy indumentum easily removed, & soon
becoming glabrous. Young infl. rusty
brown spreading penicie to 6”.
