Description
3-6 cm tall, pearly (shinning) white, incorporating duff at base with white mycelium. 3 cm wide Pileus convex, glabrous & shinning, slight umbo very pale, margin faintly striate. gills crowded white, becoming pinkish, free of stipe. stipe fibrous, smooth, even solid, shinning, with inconspicous annulus at upper 1/4-1/5 of stipe, some with bulbous swelling at base orangish below annulus in age. Phenology of specimen: Basidiomata.
