South side of Crowley at Bayou Bend Country
Club, vie. of 6th green. Locally abundant
on fairways and around greens, but especially
so along ditches. Growing among other plants
or caespitose in pure stands in damper sites.
Older stems prostrate, rooting at nodes, with
erect-ascending branches. Corolla evident,
white, petals bifid, split 1/3 their length.
