4500-5000 ft. West Cascade Range & Crest Ecoregion.
Volcanic ash and gravel with humus.
Montane conifer forest with Tsuga mertensiana,
Pseudotsuga, Abies amabilis. Rather common
annual with white flowers, turning pink. Roadside
