HERBARIUM OF KENNETH K. MACKENZIE Presented by MR. MACKENZIE 1931 Linanthus fiupes (Benth.) Greene, Pittonia, 2i 255. 1892. Gilia Jilipes Benth. PI. Hartw. 325. 1849. Gilia pusilla var. Californica Gray, Proc. Am. Acad. 8: 263. 1870. No. 7897, collected May 30, under shrubs on the banks of a stream about three miles northeast of Redding, Shasta county. The fresh flowers arg lavender, with bright yellow throat and anthers. It is quite distinct from the inconspicuous flowered L. pusillus.
