    Small, spreading trees about 10 or 12 m tall. Leaves shiny but not glutinous to the touch, not yet fully expanded. Inflorescences drooping. Fruits mostly 4-carpellate and 8-grooved, some of them 3 carpellate and 6-grooved. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
