CHEYENNE CO.: In sandy short-grass prairie
along U.S. Highway 30 0.6 km west of Lodge-
pole. T.13 N-, R.46-47 W. Elevation 1200 m.
Stems more or less clustered, but the plants
colonial by creeping roots. Petals salmon-
-pinkish, varying to nearly white, clawed,
6-7 mm long. Style somewhat declined.
