No. 8382, collected June 8, in San Mateo county near’
Ocean View, San Francisco, on the Lake Merced side of the
Ocean Shore tracks in sandy soil. The body of the petals is
about 12 mm. long in these specimens. The type came from
“northwest America,” collected by Douglas.
