Inflorescences terminal or axillary, Young inflorescences with small bracteoles and inflorescence bracts, which are not persisting. Peduncle and pedicel becoming reddish. Calyx a five-lobed tube, green becoming red. Corolla soon falling, of small white petals. Fruit red-green, and becoming red and perhaps darkening.
