Pseudotsuga menziesii, Abies grandis,
Pinus ponderosa in relatively deep
humusy Palouse loess/loam over ba-
salt. Also growing in association
with sedum stenopetalum, Brodiaea
douglasii, Clarkia pulchella, Collo-
mia linearis, Lathyrus bijugatus,
Achillea millefolium, Spiraea betuli-
folia, Rosa gymnocarpa, Bromus cari-
nartus, Penstemon attenuatus var.
attenuatus, Phacelia heterophylla,
Potentilia glandulosa var. interme-
dia, Oryzopsis exigua, Cryptogramma
acrostichoides, Polystichum muniturn,
Heuchera cylindrica, Cystopteris
fragilis, Saxifraga occidentalis,
Festuca microstachys, Madia minima,
Arnica latifolia. Plants several.
