Area largely dominated by woodland (Pitms
ponderosa, Quercus kelloggii) and chaparral (Ceamthus
leucodermis, Sambucus mexicana, Cercocarpus
betuloides, Keckiella ternata, etc) with grassland
openings rich in annuals and herbaceous perennials.
Locally common annual on mesic N slope off the
ridgetop; corolla very pale blue with pale violet veins on
limb.
