River. Site #68 (Lat. 34012,49"; Long. 82°37?47"),
just north of the S. C. 71 bridge over the Rocky
River (on east side of town of Lowndesville).
Below the 475-ft. contour (full pool for proposed
Russell Lake). Area to be impounded in mid-1980fs
by U. S. Army Corps of Engineers.
