Root yellow. Bracts and calyx tipped
with creamy white* Galea flaps and lower
lip lobes creamy-white. Top of galea and
pouch greenish.

Seemingly always with Salvia dorii
carnosa, on fairly steep northeast-facing
slope in reddish brown soil (unusual for area),
Along Deschutes River 3 miles north
of Ciarno.
Elevation ca. 1700 feet.
