JUNEAU ICEFIELD: Approximately 4 miles north-
west of Camp 26 (FGER) on Marble Mountain Nuna-
tak. Elevation approximately 5,190' in annual
moss-mat guTly, leading to east side of melt-
water pond, within moderately dense vegetation
in relatively deep, dark soil with many large
rock fragments. Pm of low grade metamorphics
and metasediments. On steep, lower mid-slop»
with a south aspect. Common, with Artemisia
arotica, Seneaio lugens, Polemonium puloherri-
mum, Solidago multimdiata, Arnica mollis,
Epilobium latifolia, Oxyria digyna, and Salio,
spp. Bracts and calyx yellow. Lower corol-
la lobes are minute and green, upper are
yellow.
