Bald ridge top NE end of Mtn. 50% bare ground; sand loam loese. With dominants: Festuca idahoensis. Aster alpigenus, Erigeron gracilis, Arnica latifolia, Castilleja pulchella, Silene parryi, Antennaria, also with Poa alpina, P. reflexa. ~~~~ Bracts and calyx greenish-cream; galea yellow to yellow-green; lower lip yellow- green, with 3 cream lobes.
