The elevational zone is dominated by Red Fir
Forest with Abies concolor, Pinus jeffreyi,
Pinus lambertiana, Pinus monticola, and Pinus
murrayana. Many small plant communities are
present - representing a host of physical con-
ditions from hydric to xeric. Elev. 7,200 ft.
about edge of Cody Lake.
