Semideciduous forest on high ground.

Description
Tree 8.0 m, DBH 18 cm. Outer petals green outside, red inside; inner petals whitish outside, red inside with 2 white lobes at base. Flowers sweetly fragrant, wood very fragrant. Fruits 3-lobed and green when immature.
