arizonicus, and P. nothofulvus appears to be
common, so intergradation between this group
and the P. fulvus -P. infectivus group (both
groups are in Sect. Plagiobothrys) is not
surprising.
I think these specimens from the MillvilDeJ
area in Shasta County are a result of
hybridization and introgression and are
definitely not a new taxon.
