froin Bealville almost to Teh&chapi, the flowers varying fróm
pale yellow to orange. These specimens may possibly not be-
long to this species, but áre nearer' it than any Of the others so
far described. The type * of C. angusiatus came fror
banks of ¿he San Jqaquiti River,” a rather'indefinite,, on,
but at most ¿region considerably removed from the Tehachapi
