Quadrangle. T7N R17W, SE/4 SW/4 SE/4 section 15.
Elevation ca 3280-3340 feet
Low, marshy meadow fed by a drainage off the S face of
the mountain, and apparently by subsurface seepages. Sunny
meadow dominated by Juncus mexicanus, Anemopsis
californica, Urtica holosericea, Baccharis salicifolia, with
chaparral shrubs and subshrubs on the adjacent low slopes.
Herbaceous perennial with glaucous leaves; flowers milk-
white; throat greenish-yellow aging dull purplish.
