(Lhorong) and Bianba (Banbar) on highway 303, ca. 18 km in
straight line NW of the city of Luolong (Lhorong). 30°48'52"N,
95°39'7"E; 3490 m. Stony clay roadside bank and edge of
cultivated fields. Gravelly slope below road. Multi stemmed herbs
from coarse, deep, woody root system; flowers bronze yellow.
