Elevation: 547 m. 6°2'26.6"N 60°39'9.6"W. Gallery forest along creek with boulders and white sand. Hymenaea and Dicymbe common, rich in ferns and Aroids. Small tree, 2 m tall. Ant domatia present with small (tiny) red ants. Plants covered in light brown trichomes. Fruit a bright red capsule in the axils of leaves. K.M. Redden 1841 11 February 2004 With: C. Perry, R.
