LORETO: Prov. Maynas. ALTO RIO NANAY: tributary of the
Amazon, joining near Iquitos, headwaters 200 km upriver, and
approximately parallel to Rio Mazan and Rio Napo. Small tributary
"Agua Blanca", -18 m wide, only navigable seasonally. Field

Alt. 140-210 msnm.
White-sand beaches. Broad floodplain terraces, mostly brown sand,
some clay-rich inundated areas and patches of flat, white sand soil. Some
steep 30 m hills with thick root-mat and leaf litter.
Arbol de 12 m, fruto verde.
