stream and grassy old-formation benches; adjacent slopes
with chaparral and coastal sage scrub elements.
Locally common robust annual to 6 dm tall; sepals 5;
corolla 8 mm long, 4 mm broad, golden yellow with pale
orange in throat; nutlets ca. 2.5 mm long.
