FLOWERING PLANTS OF THE SIERRA NEVADA The Greenhorn Range OENOTHERA DECORTICANS (H. & A.) Greene. The Crater, Adobe Canyon, Kern County. Petals white, stems flesh colored. Occasional in small colonies on deeply eroded light white possibly gypseous soil on a steep slope. Elevation: 1200 feet, Upper Sonoran grassland. April 26, 1965. ERNEST C.
