mixed sand/clay soil, above "Wawaime
Plot", 1-hectare forest inventory plot
on same ridge. EcuaCorriente copper mine
concession.

Small tree 4 m tall, in shaded forest
understory, with multiple trunks and
often with sucker sprouts at base.
Corolla ivory-white, slightly gibbous at
base. Young fruits green. Growing as a
small "copse" in forest understory with
6 trees of this species in a 10 m X 10 m
area.
