Habitat
Primary terra firme tropical rainforest on well-drained but flat terrain.

Description
Stem solitary (nearest individual of the same species 6 m away), 5.5 m tall from ground to bottom of crown shaft. Crown of 13 live opened leaves (see preserved material). Length of leaf from which leaf parts were collected (from proximal end of petiole to tip of distalmost leaflet) = 3.9m. 1 infructescence with green fruits (see collected material). Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
