T 39 N; R 2 E; 'NEV4NWV4 sect. 32.
Forest, on flat area, with Populus tremuloides, Betula
papyrifera, Picea glauca, Acer rubrum, and Ilex verticillata
in the under story.
Forming a colony, the stems not in tight clumps, to 2.5 m.
tall,. 2.4 cm. in diameter, difficult to count growth rings.
Voucher for wood specimens at Kw, Lw, MADw,
MEXUw, RSAw. Inflorescence branches yellow-green and
pink; fruit green.
