Dr. Otto Buchtien: Herbarium Bolivianum ^FtpuarvWValIey?. Hacicnria Gaoan a Collect.:Dr. Otto Buchtien Leandxa crenata (Don) Cogn, Besides a series of specimens which I regard as typical In structure and appearance* we have three others which at first sight impress one as specifically different. These are Buchtien 7403, from the Tlpuanl Valley* 8146 and 8388* from the region of Goripata, Their flower structure differs in only the smallest details fro» the type. The leaves are pro- portionately much broader, more obviously 7-nerved, acute rather than acuminate* and much more densely pubescent with shorter, non- papillose hairs. The inflorescence Is more contact and bears more flowers* subtended by conspicuous persistent bracts 3—5 mm. I • Lit. e Imp. Unidas—29-27523 03107675
