Disturbed dolomite bedrock pavement and gravel,
primary soil.
Dolomite prairie remnant-moister drainage areas but
periodically very dry soil, with Juniperus virginiana,
Sporobolus ozarkanus, Aster oblongifolius, Ambrosia
artemisiifolia, Malvastrum hispidum. Locally common
senescent annual herb.
