In or at edge of the Pozo, a deep borrow pit for road
construction, now with a shallow lake in the bottom and
brushy and disturbed vegetation on the steep banks.
Floating, a few stranded on sandy shore. Said to have been
brought from a pond in Plan 3 Mil, a section of the city of
Santa Cruz, or from a pond in a pasture near Cotoca.
