high-tension powerline right-of-way on its eastern side,
on a sand ridge approximately 1,494 m (4,900 ft) north
of Hagener Road, Arenzville West 7.5 min. quadrangle.
Coordinate datum WGS 84 / NAD 83. Deep sand.
Cropfield margin. The site includes a dry-mesic sand
prairie remnant (degraded) between a degraded sand
forest and cropland [com]; used partly as a Christmas
tree (Pinus strobus) planting. Petals and filaments
white, calyx reddish-brown; local annual herb.
