  • Habitat

    Moss tundra scattered large granite boulders, small ponds and sandy bars just below the highway, irrigated by melting snow. Dominant mosses here are Oreas martiana, Aulacomnium turgidum, Schistidium gracile, Oncophorus virens, Warnstorfia sarmentosa, Campyliadelphus squarrosus, Entodon concinnus; gravels; the dominant and possibly only Bryum species here.
