Brownish day-sandy soil in narrow cracks and wedges
within extensive bedrock fiats of gray, metamorphic
limestone. Community of Cercocarpus montanus/
Koeleria macrantha with scattered Chrysothamnus
viscidiflorus, Ribes cereum, Poa secunda, and
Muhlenberg ia.
